Student rainbow never sends mobile SMSs to you. The only ways we communicate with you is through emails, app notifications and Whatsapp messages, voice calls (If required only).
Below are the ways to access or update your personal information and manage your Student rainbow communication preferences.
Option 1: Login to your Student rainbow account via a browser or mobile app to edit or remove your personal information. You can access this information through the "Profile" page of your account. Some information fields are mandatory to maintain your account with us. You can change non-mandatory fields at any time.
Also, you can change your email communication preferences from the profile page simply by Toggle On/Off the options that suit your needs. When you first sign up with you, by default all your communication channels are turned ON, it is your responsibility to opt-out if you are not interested in certain communications from us. You can do it either in the browser or our mobile app. Besides, our emails will have an opt out option in the bottom which is known as "unsubscribe".
Option 2: In case you are unable to change your personal information or you need us to change the information in some of the mandatory fields or if you have any other request you can contact us through below two channels.
